The ordinance for the Calhoun Street widening project was introduced this evening in the Regular Session of the Fort Wayne City Council.
John B. Kalb is reporting on Fort Wayne Politics that his appeal in the granting of a three-way Liquor License has been denied. The Parkview Field liquor license permit is currently before the local Alcohol Beverage Commission for consideration. John B. Kalb is remonstrating and has presented his arguments against the permit. They are going through his points right now. A selection of photos from a day at the ballpark.
A magical day indeed as Greg Leatherman, Redevelopment Executive Director, John B. Kalb and Redevelopment Commission President Christopher Guerin, pose for the camera. You have to respect all three for their tenacity and their dedication to what they believe in. I know my life is much richer for knowing the three and I appreciate them allowing the photo to be taken and posted here.
A courtesy public hearing was held at the Fort Wayne City Council meeting this evening. I spoke, followed by John B. Kalb and Jeff Pruitt. The only citizens to speak, or really even follow the entire process -- and we’re all bloggers. I’d also mention that I know Mike Sylvester has followed this as well, but wasn’t able to make it last night. Above is the video clips of our talks. I was reading today’s Journal Gazette this evening when I noticed the above captioned article buried in the Metro Section under the Briefs heading.
