Economic Development Alliance Premieres Television Show
“Expanding Your View” will air on Access Fort Wayne’s City TV

(January 4, 2010) – The Fort Wayne-Allen County Economic Development Alliance (Alliance) has announced that its new television show, “Expanding Your View,” will premiere tonight on Access Fort Wayne’s City TV, which airs on Comcast Channel 58 and Verizon Chanel 28.

“Expanding Your View” was created to provide information to viewers regarding the benefits of working with the Alliance on expansion, retention and attraction projects. The program will highlight an Alliance project, and an incentive available to companies looking to grow in Fort Wayne-Allen County. Recent projects will also be mentioned in the form of news briefs. A guest will be present on each show to discuss an aspect of the program.

“We believe that it is important to focus on connecting with those who are in need of our services, but may not be aware of our existence,” stated Andi Udris, Alliance president. “This is the reasoning behind the creation of ‘Expanding Your View.’ We want to let the decision makers out there know the advantages of working with the Alliance when conducting business.”

The premiere show will be introductory in nature – the Alliance president Andi Udris will speak about the organization and its partnerships. Additional guests for the initial show include Mayor Tom Henry, Commissioner Nelson Peters, Greater Fort Wayne Chamber of Commerce president Mike Landram and executive director of airports for the Fort Wayne-Allen County Airport Authority Tory Richardson. “Expanding Your View” will air tonight at 6:30 p.m., Thursday at 10:00 p.m., Friday at 8:00 a.m. and Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
