Two segments of video from the Property Tax Caps panel discussion held December 10th at the Allen County Public Library.

The first video is the introduction by Allen County Councilwoman Paula Hughes and Indiana News Center’s Ryan Elijah.  The second video is Indiana Senator Pro Tempore David Long discussing his feelings on writing the property tax caps into the State Constitution.
