I don’t think that’s quite what they had in mind…

At 5:30 pm, on my way downtown, I noticed this bike chained to one of the new bike “racks” on Wayne Street.

I forgot to look on my way home, a couple of hours later, but I don’t think that was the intent.  FYI there was a phone number listed, but in the interest of protecting the innocent, it’s been removed.  It might be had for a commission.  lol
